Ruckle Heritage Farm Dinner

Lulu’s Apron will be partnering with the SSI Agricultural Alliance once again to create a spectacular evening of dinner and fundraising. Come to support the Agricultural Alliance and the farmers of Salt Spring Island.

The menu:

First course:

Bacon wrapped date with chevre + balsamic

Second course:

Green salad with toasted pumpkin seeds, cucumbers, feta,and balsamic vinaigrette

 Third course:

Harissa + confit garlic roasted potatoes

Sous vide lamb with chimichurri and pickled red onions

Roasted broccoli salad with crispy chickpeas

Francis bread + lemon garlic labneh with roasted radish + zaatar

 Fourth course:

Strawberry rhubarb pavlova

Orange honey ricotta fritters
